This morning upon awakening from sleep, I had a beautiful Meditation that I would like to share with you.
MEDITATION OF PLANETARY HEALING
Relax
Get cofortable
Breathe
Notice your Body
Feel
Breathe
Connect to your Heart
See a Green and Golden Light shining within your Heart
Breathe
Imagine and the Light becoming Larger and Stronger within your Heart
See the Light encompassing your entire body
Think of the word "Healing"
Feel the Vibration of the word
Connect to the Center of the Earth
See it Shine with this Green and Golden Light
Breathe
As you connect to the Earth, say within Yourself...
I now connect to all of the Hearts of All Beings on this Planet who wishes to partake in this Energy.
Let their Hearts shine with this Healing Light
Let their Bodies Heal
Let their Minds Heal
Let their Spirits Heal
Let their Body, Mind, and Spirit connect to the Center of the Earth
Let them Be Healed
For they Are healed NOW!"
And So It Is......
